Overview
We engage with people at different levels on a daily basis – at work, at home and at play. Knowing that there are different personalities is important, and applying that knowledge is key to your success in different endeavours.
When you are able to identify personality groups, you will be more effective in understanding decision-making process, motivations, persuading others, improve relationships, and communicate better.
Not everyone has the time and resources to take a degree in psychology. This course is aimed at equipping participants with a quick, simple and easy way to identify dominant personality groupings. This knowledge will enhance your different organizational efforts – sales, marketing communications, management, employer-employee relationship, formal and informal presentations, and negotiations.
