BH Koh is a Certified Professional Trainer and Organization Development consultant, providing his services in the manufacturing environment. His current interest is to help organizations to enhance team synergy, productivity, and profitability in today’s fast changing work environment, so as to achieve lasting win-win relationships for both management and employees.
For more than 25 years, he has held senior management positions in large high-tech manufacturing companies, including Intel, Marvell, Sensata (MNC) and Aspion Glove (local). He also took leadership roles for community organizations, such as being the Chairman of the Board for Koperasi Pekerja Intel (5K+ members) and Committee Chairman of Resident Associations in the Malaysian state of Penang. He has written many leadership and management articles on “Building Learning Organization” in a factory environment during his 3-year expatriate assignment in the Intel factory in Pudong, China. BH is currently a certified professional trainer (IPMA, UK) and a HRDF-certified trainer. He graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering in 1987 from University of Malaya.
While working as a senior manager in the Intel and Sensata factories, he also acted as an in-house corporate trainer. He conducted training and leadership workshops for internal the management and supervisory teams. These multi-faceted training programs included:

BH Koh is a self-driven, dynamic and client-orientated professional. He is currently providing his services to Taipanco Haulage Sdn Bhd (300+ employees) in Port Klang. After completing a comprehensive an organization assessment, he is now focused on giving training and facilitation on operation efficiency, customer service, and team leadership improvement for the company. He is also helping SK Interlink Engineering Sdn Bhd , a sizeable (100+ employees) local manufacturing company building electrical wires for home appliances, to improve operation output and quality.
